Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Purpose)
- These terms and conditions aim to define rights and obligations of the user and service provider and other necessary matters in the use of the member service (“the Service”) provided by the homepage of CLEANPACK Co., Ltd (“the Service Provider”).
- ① These terms and conditions disclose the notice on the service screen to the customers and take effect when the user who agrees to the notice subscribes the service.
- ② If deemed necessary, the service provider may change the contents of these terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions will be notified on the service screen so that users can check them directly.
- ③ If the user does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, he/she may stop using the service and cancel his/her membership registration. If the user continues to use the service, it is deemed to have agreed to the change of the terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions take effect in the same way as the preceding paragraph.
- ④ If the user agrees to the contents of these terms and conditions, they will be applied first to the service provider's service provision and the user's service use, and these terms and conditions takes precedence over the personal information policy provided by the service provider. Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be subject to the Basic Act on Telecommunications, Personal Information Protection Act, Telecommunications Business Act, Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, ETC, Review Regulations of Korea Communications Standards Commission, Information & communication Ethical Code, Program Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations and commercial practice of Korea.
Article 2 (Effectiveness and change)
- ① These terms and conditions disclose the notice on the service screen to the customers and take effect when the user who agrees to the notice subscribes the service.
- ② If deemed necessary, the service provider may change the contents of these terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions will be notified on the service screen so that users can check them directly.
- ③ If the user does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, he/she may stop using the service and cancel his/her membership registration. If the user continues to use the service, it is deemed to have agreed to the change of the terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions take effect in the same way as the preceding paragraph.
- ④ If the user agrees to the contents of these terms and conditions, they will be applied first to the service provider's service provision and the user's service use, and these terms and conditions takes precedence over the personal information policy provided by the service provider. Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be subject to the Basic Act on Telecommunications, Personal Information Protection Act, Telecommunications Business Act, Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, ETC, Review Regulations of Korea Communications Standards Commission, Information & communication Ethical Code, Program Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations and commercial practice of Korea.
Article 3 (Definition)
- ① The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.
- 1. User: Members and non-members who access the service and receive services provided by the service providers
- 2. Member: A person who accesses the service, agrees to these terms and conditions, is issued an ID (unique number) and password (password), and has undergone verification procedures such as text authentication
- 3. Nonmember: A person who uses the services provided by the service provider without registering as a member
- 4. ID (unique number): A combination of English letters and numbers selected by the user and approved by the service provider for member identification and member’s use of the service
- 5. PASSWORD: A combination of letters and numbers set by the user to protect his/her information
- 6. Termination of these terms and conditions: The service provider or member expresses the intention to terminate these terms and conditions after using the service
- ② The definition of terms used in these terms and conditions is subject to the relevant laws and service guides, except for those specified in paragraph 1.
Article 4 (Constitution)
These terms and conditions are established by the consent of the user to the contents of these terms and conditions and the approval of the service provider to the user's application for use.
Article 5 (Application for use)
Application for use shall be prepared in a way that the user records personal information in the application form requested by the service provider on the member information screen of the service.
Article 6 (Acceptance and refusal of application for use)
- ① The service provider may accept the application for use according to the bylaws when the applicant applies for use by accurately filling out the form specified in Article 5.
- ② In the following cases, the service provider may restrict the use of some services until the reason for restriction on the application is resolved.
- 1. When the contents are found to be false (borrowed name, non-real name), or there is a rational reason to suspect such false.
- 2. When deemed necessary by the service provider.
- ③ The service provider may restrict application for use in the following cases.
- 1. When the user did not apply with his/her real name;
- 2. When the user applies for use in the name of another person;
- 3. When the content of the application form is written falsely;
- 4. When an act or expression of intention of the user violates the purpose of the website;
- 5. When the applicant applies for use for the purpose of hindering social well-being and public morals; or
- 6. When other requirements for application for use prescribed by the service provider is not satisfied.
Article 7 (Change in agreement)
The member can view and modify his/her information at any time through member information management. The member must make correction when the information entered at the time of application for use is changed, and the member is responsible for any problems arising from failure to modify the information.
