Fresh-Up Absorbent Pad

Absorbent pads are the best choice for maintaining the freshness and hygiene of meat, chicken, duck, fish, and vegetable. The pad core consists of super absorbent polymer (SAP), natural pulp, and tissue. Since the pads are in direct contact with food, they are applied with thermal bond method instead of using glues for the safety. Since the top and bottom parts of the pads are separated, they are plenty of spaces to absorb sediments. The pads are also specially designed to absorb sediments and preserve meat juice.

Product Characteristics

  • ① Maintenance of Freshness

    It absorbs sediments (blood, cleansing solution, etc.,) in distribution process to prevent food contamination caused by pollutants, such as bacteria, provide deodorizing and cooling effect for absorbent pads, and keep moisture to extend freshness and maintain meat color for higher safety and marketability.

  • ② Maintenance of Cleanliness

    It quickly absorbs sediments in meat, poultry, marine products, vegetable, mushroom, fruit, and honey packing (80cc/3 minutes : 10*15 size) to keep the packing container clean. The pad stays hydrated after absorbing sediments, and the sediments don’t leak when the products are dropped or pressured during distribution process. This keeps products in clean condition.

  • ④ Anti-Bacterial and Moisturizing Effects

    It is applied with anti-bacterial and deodorizing material to maintain high anti-bacterial effect.
    The absorbent pad also keeps the moderate moisture inside the packing container based on its moisturizing effect.
